SHIPPING DETAILS
The HEARTBURN ZINE will be shipping from Nottinghamshire, The UK.
Parcels will be sent out using:
All INTERNATIONAL and DOMESTIC shipping rates are based on the updated rates for domestic and international registered mail for Royal Mail, then rounded out to accommodate any price or weight discrepancies. All INTERNATIONAL and DOMESTIC tracking can be monitored via Royal Mail.
DOMESTIC delivery takes from two (2) to eight (8) business days.
INTERNATIONAL shipping takes from six (6) to ten (10) business days from release from Customs of the destination country, though actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays.
All shipping durations given are estimated and are subject to change depending on the shipping service. The HEARTBURN ZINE team will not be liable for any and all delays in shipping after the item has been posted and the tracking number has been submitted.
Please be aware that global shipping delays are also still ongoing due to Covid-19.
PACKAGING DETAILS
All zines and merchandise will be checked before packaging for any damage or misprint.
The zines will be packaged with Bubble Mailers. Flat merchandise items will be arranged inside. Other merchandise items be additionally wrapped before being placed inside the mailer.
Each package will come with an address label, and will be clearly marked as GIFT consisting of a book and merchandise for customs.

The HEARTBURN ZINE team will only issue returns or exchanges of item, or refund of purchase, under the following circumstances:

All requests for return, exchange, or refund must be accompanied by proof of purchase (both the order number from the HEARTBURN ZINE store and the proof of payment via PayPal), proof of incomplete or damaged orders (clear photo of order accompanied by packaging and shipping label), and full statement regarding the damage or missing items.
For orders that fail to arrive at their destination and are returned to the team, the team will be responsible for contacting the customer once they have received the returned package. The team will then re-ship the item to the customer, and will cover the costs only if applicable.
For orders that fail to arrive at their destination and are not returned to the team, the team requests that customers contact the team with information of their order, including proof of purchase (as listed above). The team will then check all relevant item trackers and inform the customer of the subsequent appropriate action.
The HEARTBURN ZINE team retains the right to accept or deny requests for return, exchange, or refund at their discretion.
